More about Arielle Kebbel

Arielle Kebbel landed her first acting gig within the first week of moving to Los Angeles. It was for the role of Lindsay Lister on the hit TV show Gilmore Girls. Lindsay Lister was the girlfriend turned wife of Dean Forester (played by Jared Padalecki), first love of the show’s lead character Rory Gilmore (played by Alexis Bledel). Arielle’s character later on separated with Dean, but not before the actress had lent charm to the character earning Lindsay her fair share of sympathizers. She had played the role of a young bride, who did everything she could to save her marriage. Lindsay was a recurring role in nine episodes: A Messenger, Nothing More; Say Goodbye to Daisy Miller; Luke Can See Her Face; Tick, Tick, Tick, Boom; Scene in a Mall; Chicken or Beef; Keg! Max!; A Tale of Poes and Fire and Face Off. Arielle became part of the show from Season 3 to Season 5.

In 2005, the young star also made not just a few hearts flutter when she appeared in the pages of Maxim. The sexy photos allowed her fans to see her in a different light, that of a mature and sexy actress and no longer the teenybopper that first entered the interesting world of showbiz. The same year, Arielle ranked #95 in the magazine’s Hot 100 of 2005 list.

Arielle enjoys doing TV shows as much as making films. She is also interested in doing action-packed movies, because she enjoyed her role as Andrea Kent in Law and Order: Special Victims Unit (2004) and her role as Paige Lang in an episode of Judging Amy.

In 2005, Arielle played the role of Pam Carpenter in the “Nothing to Lose” episode of CSI: Miami. But bulk of Arielle Kebbel’s TV gigs was done in 2004. Aside from the recurring role of Lindsay Lister, she also did four episodes of Grounded for Life, a series that ran from 2001-2005. She appeared as Tara in the following episodes of the sitcom: Mystery Dance, One is the Loneliest Number, Man, I feel Like a Woman, and Part-time Lover.

Arielle also played Layla on the pilot episode of The Entourage and the Right Teen on the “Forever” episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Aside from playing the role of Elyse Houston on the movie American Pie: Band Camp, Arielle also did Cinematography on the DVD: Band Camp Dirty Diary: American Pie Presents Band Camp.

She was also a guest on the October 13, 2006 episode of the Late Show with Conan O’ Brien and on the October 6 episode of the “Last Call with Carson Daly”. She talked about her experiences on filming the American Pie movie in the documentary: Band Camp Dirty Diary: American Pie Presents Band Camp. She also gave tips to kids aged 1-17, on how to go into an acting career in the award-winning instructional video The ABC’s of Acting. The video tackles the following topics: Getting Started, Getting Experience, Head Shots, Getting Organized, Schools, Avoiding Scams, Getting Your 1st Agent, Castings, Stage Parents and Booking the Job!
